What is MILO T20 Blast?

Cricket NSW's MILO T20 Blast program replaced Kangas in Season 2016-2017.

MILO T20 Blast bridges the gap between MILO in2CRICKET and Junior Club cricket.

MILO T20 Blast is a super fun, social, safe, cricket program for girls and boys. The program is much shorter than traditional cricket, with a maximum of 90 minutes playing time. All equipment is supplied and the games take place at the same venue each week.

Delivered by accredited coaches
Exciting atmosphere complete with music just like the KFC T20 Big Bash League
Everyone gets a chance to bat, bowl and field
Girls only teams available, as well as mixed

What happened to Kangas?

Our long-standing Kangas program was replaced with Cricket NSW's fast-growing MILO T20 Blast program, which is designed to offer

shorter playing times
a more contemporary feel
greater choice of playing times
increased playing opportunities for girls

The Wakehurst Redbacks have always provided cricketing opportunities for players of all ages, and we have always valued the next generations of young cricketers as they progress from MILO In2Cricket into their Junior cricketing years. MILO T20 Blast is an updated and exciting new format for these aspiring young cricketers.

Wakehurst administers and runs T20 Blast for younger players on Saturday mornings.

CNSW Manly Warringah administers (and WRCC runs) T20 Blast for older players (Boys and Girls as well as Girls Only) on Friday evenings
